Ruth started helping friends and clients with real estate in 2001, and has been consistently awarded since that time for excellence in service and knowledge of local markets. She is committed to listening to each client and understanding what they want to accomplish to move to their next chapter. Kati joined the Story Group in July 2015 with a focus on new construction and excellence in client care for buyers. Kati’s knowledge of Aledo, Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Grapevine, Southlake and HEB has helped over 40 families per year purchase the right home for their needs. Kati is a strong advocate for her buyers, negotiating on their behalf with builder representatives, and walking through their home every week to take pictures, recommending inspections as necessary, and double checking to see that everything is going according to plan. She has great relationships with the builders and guides clients at each step in the process, from choosing the best builder, to designing a home that will be a great investment & a delightful place to live. In the existing home market, Kati ensures that each family knows the pros and cons of each home during the showing. She won’t hesitate to point out flaws of the home that the average buyer might miss. She is committed to finding the home for each client that checks all the boxes on their list and is in an area that has a good history of growth and community. She takes a personal interest in each and every client and truly cares for each client’s family as well as their wants and needs in a home. Calvin has been with the Story Group since 2003. He serves as the Story Group’s Office Manager and is a licensed realtor. Once a contract is accepted Calvin strives to make sure the process goes smoothly. Prior to working with the Story Group he spent seventeen years in sales with a large corporation. He currently resides in southern Tarrant County and enjoys time outdoors - camping and spending time with family.
